Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • A deposit of US$500 per pax is required to confirm your booking.
    • The deposit is refundable under certain conditions, outlined below.
    • Cancellation Fees – Only Deposit Paid
      • Cancellation more than 30 days before the tour
        Refund of the deposit will be provided, less an administrative fee of 10% (US$50 per pax).
      • Cancellation less than 30 days before the tour
        The deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
    • Cancellation Fees – Full Amount Paid
      • Cancellation more than 30 days before the tour
        Refund of the full amount will be provided, less an administrative fee of 10% (depending on amount paid).
      • Cancellation less than 30 days before the tour
        50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
      • Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour
        No refund will be provided.
    • If the tour is cancelled by the agency for any reason, clients will receive:
      • A full refund of all amounts paid (including the deposit), or
      • The option to reschedule the tour or apply the payment toward a future booking.
    • If cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics): Refunds will be issued minus any unrecoverable costs already incurred by Silk Road Holiday.
    • Refunds will be processed within 90 business days from the date of cancellation.
    • Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • Failure to show up for the tour without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and any payments made, with no refunds provided.
    • Clients may modify their booking up to 30 days before the tour start date, subject to availability. Administrative fees may apply, and refund terms will depend on the new booking terms.
    • By making a deposit or full payment, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
