  • All bookings require a deposit or full payment to confirm your reservation.
  • The payment schedule, including the deposit amount and due dates, will be specified during booking.
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices include only the items explicitly stated in the tour package. Additional charges may apply for optional activities, taxes, and surcharges.

  • Clients are responsible for understanding the refund terms before making a booking.
  • Cancellation fees will apply as per the policy.
  • Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Silk Road Holiday is not liable for personal injury, illness, damage, loss, or delay caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest, force majeure).
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover such events.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
  • Silk Road Holiday is not responsible for any consequences of incomplete or incorrect documentation.
  • Provide accurate information during booking.
  • Behave respectfully toward other participants, guides, and local communities.

  • Data collected during booking will only be used for fulfilling your reservation and providing better service.

Silk Road Holiday shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of Kyrgyzstan.
  • Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they may be submitted to mediation or arbitration.
  • All content on our website (e.g., text, images, logos) is the intellectual property of Silk Road Holiday and may not be reproduced without permission.
