Itinerary Outline

Day 1: Ala Archa National Park
We will pick you up in Bishkek and drive about an hour to Ala Archa National Park, where you can choose to leisurely walk along picturesque trails or challenge yourself with a short hike toward the Ak-Sai waterfall.

In winter, the park transforms into a pristine white canvas, with snow blanketing rugged peaks, pine forests, and frozen streams.
Day 2: Burana Tower & Chon Kemin Valley
Burana Tower, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this ancient minaret, dating back to the 11th century, offers a glimpse into the rich Silk Road history of Kyrgyzstan.

Enjoy the peacefulness of a winter wonderland in Chon Kemin Valley with a 4-hour horse riding experience, offering a unique way to connect with Kyrgyz nomadic traditions while surrounded by snow-covered majestic mountain ranges.

Day 3: Barskoon Waterfall, Jety Oguz & Karakol City
Barskoon, on the other hand, is renowned for its breathtaking waterfalls and serene natural beauty. It's a perfect spot for hiking, picnics, and photography.

Jety Oguz, or the "Seven Bulls," is a stunning valley famous for its dramatic red sandstone cliffs, resembling seven bulls and a "Broken Heart" formation. This iconic natural wonder is steeped in local legends, adding a mystical allure.

Rich in history, we will spend time to visit the Karakol city landmarks like the Dungan Mosque, built without nails, and the picturesque wooden Holy Trinity Cathedral.
Day 4: Explore the Slopes & Ski Lesson (Optional)
We will start our 3-day ski at Karakol Ski Base with 4 main lifts ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Spend the day trying out the different slopes and getting familiar with the terrain.

If you're a beginner or want to improve, you can book group or private lessons. Add on for English-speaking ski instructor +$250/group for a full day.
Day 5: Advance Slopes & Hot Springs
Today, if you are comfortable and confident, you can try the longer runs toward the top, reaching around 3450 meters altitude for panoramic views.

If you're a beginner, take more time to practice on the gentle slopes first.

End the day at the nearby natural hot spring park to relax your muscle before heading back to the guesthouse for a restful night.
Day 6: Explore Winter Trails (Optional) & Sunset Ski
On the last day, if you want to try something different, snowshoes are available for rent (at additional cost) and you can explore designated winter trails near the ski base on foot.

Check in with our guide if you want to try ski later in the afternoon to catch beautiful mountain sunset views.
Day 7: Przhevalsk Bay & Bishkek
Spend a beautiful morning in a Kayak paddling through Przhevalsk Bay on Issyk Kul where the lake never freezes. In winter, we get to spot migratory swans where they spend most of their time.

After lunch, we will head back to Bishkek and the tour ends.
